Imitated statements of the president or warnings

President Hamid Karzai once again stated the 13-years long war against Taliban as conspiracy of United States’ and its allies, and called the war as their agenda.

Less than a month is left for conclusion of the presidential term of Hamid Karzai, why is he delivering such kind of statements in such a time? And what is it that president aims by such statements?

Criticism from the beginning to now

President Karzai in the last few years had a position against the United States and the West, and also tried to deliver some messages to the people and the future leaders in Afghanistan. President Karzai tried to inform his people from the game by the West behind the scene.

Since the president criticizing his Western allies especially Americans it raised the suspicions on his position, because some people say that he was in the picture of the plans and conspiracies that America had for our country and the region but the president did not disclose, so why the president did not make measures against this in order to prevent or decrease the conspiracies effects on the country?

They consider these positions against each other as an effort for justification against general public which seems symbolic and there are more facts behind the scene.

But this argument does not seem very correct, because in the last months Karzai’s behavior shows that he knows something and neglecting of which can challenge the country in the future. Therefore President Karzai after the last five years occasionally makes statements against the conspiracies of US and the West. But the fact that whether he was agree with America in the first stages? And why he was not criticizing the US in those first years? Maybe the reason is that the state and the government was not that much stable to not be affected by criticizing the US but in the last years he knows that the government is more stable than as it was in the beginning.

The first confrontation in insights between the US and Karzai was in 2009, after conducting the presidential election, which upheld by the White House, Hamid Karzai in an interview  with conservative French newspaper Le Figaro criticized US and said that it must know that the Afghan government is an independent government and can decide independently in the internal issues. Hamid Karzai added that it is true that “the donor is the doer” but no one in the Afghan nation want their president to be a puppet of other power.

After that in the last few years in most cases, he criticized US and its allies and therefore tried to give some messages to the people and the politicians of Afghanistan not forget the facts about American invasion.

Stimulators of president’s stand

However limited time is left for the transfer of power from President Karzai to the new elected president, but the statements of the president are more significant, but besides what he want to achieve?

The statements of the President Karzai might be based on few reasons; first the president has realized that the main causes behind the instability of the country should be disclosed.  Second that he tries to inform the coming authorities from the conspiracies of the US and the West and find the way for carrying out the country from such a fragile status.

The coming rulers must consider significant what the statements of the president about the selfish acts of the West and the US says, because it is not that much easy and possible that a president of a country make statements without any base or justification.

The silence of the US and the world community against the criticism of the president shows the reality of Karzai’s statements and shows that his claims are not baseless but his experience shows and accredits it.

Previously it was said that President Karzai want to achieve some privileges against signing the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) and tries to stay in power and finally will sign the pact but it has become clear that he was really opposing the BSA. However the coming president will see his survival in signing the pact but his decisions will be based on the 13 years’ experience of the President Karzai about the West and US policies.

After the fall of Taliban regime, hundreds of thousands of Afghans have been killed, and if the coming president does not take serious the conspiracies of America and the West, the imposed war might continue and will take more and more lives of Afghans.
