MoU signed between CSRS and Institute of Policy Studies

A Memorandum of Understanding on professional cooperation has been signed between Center for Strategic and Regional Studies(Kabul) and Institute of Policy Studies (Islamabad) at CSRS office in Kabul.

The MoU was signed on 2013/12/19, between Mr. Sifatullah Qaanit the former director of the Center on behalf of Mr. Abdul Baqi Amin the new director and Mr. Khalid Rahman the director of the Islamabad based institute of Policy Studies.

This MoU contains 5 articles which aims cooperation in variety of fields based on professional bilateral cooperation, shared scientific research programs, launching scientific conferences, seminars and trainings, and exchange of professional experiments and information in mutual interested fields.  

Worth of noting that this was the third MoU signed between Center for Strategic and Regional Studies and reputable studies centers in the region. 

The Center signed the first MoU with Euroasian Dialogue Center based in Dushanbay of Tajikistan on 2013/05/30; the Second MoU has been signed with Andisha Sazan Noor Studies Center in Tehran on 2013/11/12.
